These two last stations (after viewers come out from the darkness) are the final sculptures. One is devoted to man and masculinity while the other is an embodiment of the woman and femininity. They also symbolize rebirth and the metaphorical reconstruction of the world.
They show human desire to find a village or home and be seen by a community and reestablish societal balance. A tower of interconnected men and a tower of interconnected women represent collective ingenuity, the ability to rebuild what is destroyed and strengthen what is weak in our village.
These towers inspire a vision of emerging from grief, of work and joy and of the human ability to recreate.
